These masks are thick and comfortable, they fit myself and my kids well. We have had a few not sewn all the way, but generally they are really good masks and I highly recommend them.

Hoping to get the product more often and I’m not sure how to do this we’ve been Getting Recurring masks for a while we referred a lot of people to your company but we’re hoping we’re on priority before we tell more people about you because we’re being told that there might be a delay and the last time there was a delay and my son has to wear dirty masks because yours are the only mask he will wear We need our next order as soon as possible so it might have to be every two weeks not three weeks Please see if you can help us out and I hope we have priority for having been customers for a while and having a recurring shipment Thank you for your time and help, Liza

These seem great but the XS were too small for my petit 4-year-old. I'm not sure if any kids over the age of 2 would fit into these, but they do seem well made. The company offered me a refund and I ordered the next size up.

The kn-95 masks were defective. Several of the 10 pack purchased split on the mid seam while initially putting them on. The masks were out of stock and initially WellBefore offered to reimburse only for the masks that were defective. After a lengthy and protracted back and forth did they agree to reimburse for the entire order.

The description describes these as KN95 but this is not stamped on the mask which is what I have read is needed for true KN95 masks.

Thank you for your honest comments and we're sorry the stamps were missing this time. We hope we can clarify. The honest truth is, due to the increased demand of WellBefore products, we have purchased new machines at our factories to help us increase our production. With the shortages and delays all industries are facing due to COVID, our new machines are still awaiting for new molds to arrive that have our logo embossed. However, it is important to note that all new masks without our logo still have the “GB2626-2019” model embossed at the back of the masks, on the bottom edge, which is the proper designation of KN95 masks, but you can rest assured our masks meets the requirements to be classified as KN95 and if you want, you can refer to our videos on YouTube showing the latest filtration tests applied to them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7afoyFHKSk We hope this had clarified your concerns.
