I put the incorrect address on a recent order. I received texts stating the item could nit be delivered but had no idea why. Well before discovered my mistake and informed me so I could communicate with the USPS. The package has been returned to the company and a refund was given. The company was great throughout this episode. I even reordered the masks before I received the refund because they were needed and the company was so helpful.

The Wellbefore Pro masks have been a staple in our toolkit to keep our family healthy for the last few years. The ear loops are comfortable and adjustable. The designs are much more fun than the typical white or black colors. Concurrently, the foam nose piece keeps my glasses from getting foggy. I can feel confident in the fit of the mask to keep me protected against airborne viruses, allergens, and wildfire smoke.

My masks were supposed to be delivered by 8 PM on Wed., Oct. 15. As of noon on Thursday, Oct. 16, they are not here yet. I paid extra for expedited (2 day?) shipping, because I needed the masks by Wednesday. Feel like this was wasted money. Although it may not technically be your fault, it is for dealing with such an unreliable delivery service. Update. I have changed my rating. WellBefore Support responded by refunding my shipping fees and sending me a pack of free masks. Without my asking, they took my complaint seriously. I really like their KN95 masks with adjustable ear loops. I would order from them again. WellBefore has good products and great customer service!
