Comfortable and well-made mask at a reasonable price. I really liked how they were individually wrapped. What would result in a 5-star rating if there was a way to return used masks for recycling.

I am very impressed with the quality of your masks and feel very comfortable and safe wearing them. My only issue with you is your high cost of shipping and any coupons that are advertised don’t work especially if trying to order more than once in a short time period.I have noticed other sellers have free or lower shipping cost,yet I have ordered from you multiple times anyway bec of your dependable reputable and quality of products.Thank you,JD

I ordered the K95 with the head band. Love the mask. Fits well. However I had a slight problem with them. As I tried to put them on, the head band broke off on a couple of them. Hopefully I won’t have problems with the rest.

I really appreciate WellBefore. It’s unfortunate that they are always out of supplies but I imagine that can’t be helped with half the US relying on them for quality masks, Covid tests, and other supplies. The site is well made, easy to navigate, and it’s fairly easy to check out. What I appreciate the most is that their products are properly tested with transparency, here in country and abroad.

I didn't order the small/petite size masks but that's what is indicated on the package. They still work, they're just a bit smaller than expected.

I had been having a problem getting my recurring order of masks, as they seem to always be out of stock when my subscription attempts to renew. I had reached out via chat on their website and was told they should be in stock soon and would automatically be sent to me, but they never were. After leaving a review here, customer service reached out and rectified the issue immediately. Great masks with excellent coverage and fit for kids.

Masks appear to be of good quality, but ear loops are not adjustable.

My family and I have loved your product and company and we were so happy to have found you! Until our last order your masks are all I have used at work, trusting their fit and construction, both the regular KN95s and most recently the navy blue 3D KN95s. I even recently chose to auto fill my orders every few months. However, I wish it weren’t true but in this last shipment my masks had a chemical odor and I have had to open the individual packages and let them air out before using for a day or two, negating the sterility. It makes me concerned to think of what I am breathing in while wearing these masks and what has changed in the production. The packaging is larger now but the mask seems to look the same. Would appreciate feedback, please. At this time I do plan to cancel further orders, at least with colored masks, in case a new dye is causing the smell….
