Great masks! Took a star off due to confusion with shipping--was told order had shipped then cancelled them arrived months later. Got the impression we were bumped, but the masks are very good.

The service was good. There was a quick turnaround time on my merchandise request was greatly appreciated.

Really like the product. Will probably order again in the future to replenish stock.

Has been a life saver during this pandemic. Only issue so far has been straps breaking on a few masks. Other than that the masks have been great.

If your looking for a well made comfortable mask the 3D series KN95 worked well for us. We wanted a good fiting mask with ear loops at an affordable price point. Try them and you won’t be disappointed.

This is my second time ordering. They are very good, other than my last order of KN95 masks… 2 of the masks were split on the bottom. Other than that I would definitely recommend

Updated: The day after I posted the original review, below, WellBefore contacted me and both apologized for the situation and offered to send me the original order free of charge. Given the speed of reply and the very generous compensation, I would say that this doesn't happen often or they would be out of business. We already have masks so told them that we didn't need them but they sent them to donate to my daughter's preschool. We opened one of the kids masks and it fit my 4 year old well and it's not easy to find well fitting masks for faces that small. The adult masks also fit well and seem of good quality. Given the first experience, I can't give them 5 stars, but I must say they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and their products are of very good quality. --------------------------------- I ordered KN95 masks for my 4 year old. After 10 days, I contacted WellBefore because even though the shipping status said "shipped" there was still no tracking information. They assured me that it was a shipping issue and that we should be receiving it any day. 3 days after that, I got an email saying that the order was canceled and the item wasn't even in stock. So it had not shipped despite what customer service said. My child wore less protective masks for an extra 2 weeks because it took them 2 weeks to cancel an order for an item they didn't even have.

Half of my order was processed and delivered on time and correct. A second item included in the order was not what I expected, based on my understanding of Well Before's online description. After conversation with customer service, the company settled my dispute completely to my satisfaction. Cost of the product was cancelled and, surprisingly, I did not have to return the product. Obviously, Well Before does have the satisfaction and interests of their customers as a priority. I'd order from them again.
