received a different mask than i thought i ordered. they sent me a pre-paid return label and will resend new masks as soon as they receive the unopened package they originally sent. great, fast and friendly customer service!

Of all the different types of masks purchased over the past 5 years, their masks are the best we've found. They are comfortable and adjustable and last a good while. Great find!
