The masks are a quality product at a good price. It took about 1 week for the masks to ship, but I received them in just a few days. They fit me really well, but they were too small for my husband.

The masks appear to be really good quality. We like the variety of sizes provided, but it was a little hard to determine which ones worked best for our kids. The child-sized masks didn't fit them well, so I gave them the "petite" ones and kept the child-sized ones for myself.

UPDATE - The customer service people at WellBefore reached out and not only refunded my money, but then they offered me a shipment of the mask I orignally ordered....for free. Can't complain!! So nice to deal with a company that actually reads emails and reviews from customers! Here is my original post: Based on recommendations from a friend, I ordered a certain type of mask from WellBefore. About a week later, I received the order, but it wasn't the type of mask I had ordered, or paid for! This was a less expensive, and less satisfying mask type. I emailed and asked for my original order to be filled and was told those were sold out. My gut feeling is that they were sold out when I ordered them and the cheaper masks were just mailed in hopes I wouldn't notice. It took a week of emailing back and forth and finally my money was refunded. I hope this was just a glitch as my friend was very happy with her order.

Fairly priced and received in good time. The face masks come in individual packaging that states they are the approved KN95 masks but seemed very thin for 5 layers. They fit well and are comfortable to wear. I haven’t had COVID so they must give adequate protection.

I had ordered the small KN95 (KN94 style) masks but the masks were too small for me since I had used the mask dimensions shown on their web site. WellBefore was nice to offer me credit for the masks so I reordered the black KN94 style masks in the regular size once they were back in stock. I'm currently waiting for my regular size masks to arrive. In general, these masks are well constructed and I like the adjustable ear loops. Also, the KN94 style masks are more comfortable along the cheeks than the typical KN95 masks.

Was torn between 3-4 stars. What's great is the prices and the product. I wish the product shipped earlier though, it took about 2 weeks to batch the items (2 Covid tests), therefore over 3 weeks since payment to receive it.
