Fantastic customer service. My biggest complaint is the straps are very difficult to adjust.for a proper seal. And they break easy if you pull too hard. Other than that the masks are very well constructed. Not quite 3M user friendly but you can't beat customer service and price.

My child has just started to wear this kids size Wellbefore mask, and they state it is comfortable with padding in the right places and breathable all day at school. I also purchased an adult size, which I found to also be much more comfortable than the competitors. It is so hard to find KF, KN, and N95 masks that actually fit good and are comfortable. This brand was recommended as legit protection so I am trusting my family with them. The adult large size KN 95 was too big for my husband, and the adult medium just fits him. Having the adjustable ear loops on some models really helps. As for one of my children, I ordered the kids 9-12 size, and it fits perfectly for that child, but my older child it just fits them. Individually wrapped masks are more hygienic and we are able to share with others if the need be. Glad I found this company.

I really like the masks I found at well before. It took a while to get the correct fit, thankfully they were very helpful with returns/donating sizes that didn’t work. I signed up for a subscription but unfortunately haven’t ever gotten the masks but just emails detailing that they are currently out of stock. I thought signing up for a monthly delivery would mean they would hold some for me. I hope they get them soon.

I am pleased with the quality of the KN-95 masks I've ordered. I would have given 5 stars but I had one issue with a shipment that was lost. They shipped via UPS, which then handed off to the USPS to complete the shipping and tracking ceased. After reporting it to WellBefore, they eventually gave me a full refund. Since that time my next order was much smoother and tracking was communicated accurately.
