First tracking/delivery was not processed for 3 days. I emailed to inquire about it and was told the next day by 10 am they would be sent out. THEY WERE NOT. After finally receiving the product I tried them out and it ripped immediately. They have no stretch and tears very easily. Glove are meant to actually protect your hands but what's the point of that when it rips as soon as you try to place them on. After further review of the product I realized they actually aren't nitrile gloves but a poor imitation of a proper glove. NO wonder it was so cheap compared to every where else. The company is cheap and so are their products for which they don't offer refunds for. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!

This is price gouging at its finest. Selling masks with a 500+ percent markup. Unethical and dishonest, and apparently a lot of the "N95" masks arent even N95s!!!

Just received n95 masks and they all have an awful smell. I can't even wear them. Are they really made in USA?

Something is seriously wrong here. A few days ago there were about 10 or 11 reviews,mostly negative. Today there are 189,all glowing 5 star reviews,mostly "invited". This is impossible to believe and there is no explanation other than manipulation by Wellbefore,which actually confirms my distrust of this company

After receiving my order, I checked authenticity on line and discovered these are not real N95 masks

These are not real N95 masks!!!! They look real but when you open the package and put it on it has a chemical smell!! A real mask does not have a smell at all! When I inquired they said let the mask air out first. I'm not doing any of that because obviously I was fooled and wasted my money. I'm not breathing in anything that has a smell on it!! Back to the cloth masks for me!

I almost fell for it. After Well Before made me give them all my contact information, I was then allowed to inquire via chat box about "information about manufacturing upon request". If it is made in China, say it. You list the items made in the USA as made in the US - why do the China products require a different method? A customer must request the information for the Chinese masks, but you list the US made masks as made in the US. You promote the product as your number one seller! But you fail to list it is made in China upfront. SHAME. And you call yourself a family business based in Texas. Your reply did not allow for a reply, so I wanted to make sure other readers understood the difference. Made in China? Not in the listing and the information is only upon request. AND you promote them as your #1 seller. Made in US? Listed for all to see immediately. I see that your site has been listed elsewhere for this same behavior.SHAME

Twice in a row I ordered N95 or KN95 masks. In both cases a shipping label was created and my credit card charge, with an email saying they would update me when the shipper picked up the package (promised as "often less than 24 hours" from the shipping label email). In both cases the order NEVER shipped. In both cases I contacted the company to inquire as to why the item was never actually shipped. In both cases I was told it had shipped despite the shipping label tracking clearly indicating this was not true. After several back and forth and promises it was coming, they refunded my money the first time. I am waiting for the second refund. I'm not sure if this is a scam or incompetence, in any case don't waste your time on something that likely will never come (but you will be charged!).
