Slow Shipping but Good Customer Service
My order changed before shipping but the customer service team was helpful and worked to remedy my order! Not the fastest shipping so something to keep in mind if taking any trips or high risk travel/events. Would recommend ordering a few weeks in advance. Also tried the head strap KN95’s and the non-rubber cloth like straps unfortunately did not feel like it provided the tightest or most secure fit, the rubber stapled head-straps ones do feel more secure in that regard. Overall the earloop ones my housemates and I use often.
