Hi Mike, we are sorry to see our products didn't fit to you or your family members. Please note, each time you reached our to us, we did all we can do to help you through emails, reshipments, but seems the products keep sliding, and for a recurring customer, we are sorry to see you were keep purchasing and there is no way to assist you. Donna, I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the products you just bought, to assist all our customers, we produced different sizes for a range of ages. You can verify all of them on our site, along with measurements and guidelines to assist you with the most accurate size. Thanks for your honest comments about our products and service. If you allow me, I'll clarify a few points: According to the review, you are referring to an old order, which is out of our return policy, and I'm afraid we are not able to provide assistance with that one. However, and in good faith, we were offering some samples of a bigger size in compensation because we do understand people are in need as well, and if the order is within the notification period (within the 14 calendar days after the product has arrived to your address, we will be more than happy to provide any assistance our customers may require, with no hesitation. In regards to your communications, as we verified, the question was placed on October 11th at 7am approx. CST, and the reply arrived 10 minutes later. We hope the response time was as expected. As a final note, we will be reaching out to your email to be sure we are on the same page, and you are referring to the oldest order you have, or if there is another order you are referring to.
