I needed to change a subscription order (I accidentally signed up for two) and the staff corrected my mistake right away. Also the products (in my case face masks) are great, just as described. Great quality, good range of sizes, and nice customer services when I ordered the wrong size by mistake. It's been really comforting to have masks that fit my toddler starting when she was 2.
