These are great quality masks and their costumer service is AMAZING. Sadly the masks were not that comfortable on my face. It is probably on account of my face shape. I think it is because I have high cheek-bones, the mask pretty much digs into my eyes. Would love it if they had different models or sizes to accommodate more face types.

The masks are good quality but the fit could be better. The nose bridge needs to be more substantial and positioned higher up. I really like the adjustable bands. I originally ordered the small following the measurment guidelines but they were too small. When I contacted customer service, they replacement them with the regular size.

These are the best kn95 masks that I've found. The only frustration is that my glasses still do become fogged up occasionally. But I've tried many different masks and the WellBefore masks have been the best.

Good quality. Only sizing of mask was an issue but they did provided me with samples to test for my kids.

Self managable strings very important, and comfortable fit. Breathing is easier even over a long period of time. Feel much safer with WellBefore.

Website only offers Kf94 style kn95. I chatted with the live support and even called the customer service but they kept saying regular style is available and kept sending me links that only has kf94 style available! Very disappointed as I like their products and have bought many times before. Update after getting response from Well Below:- there is a little button on top of the site that was preselecting the mask type that I bought before. In case anyone else also experienced this, the button is not that noticeable. However, when I moved it to show all options, it did so and I am able to choose the right type. Thank you Well Before!

Most of the family loves your masks. The one frustration is our 9-year old who tends to run hot. He feels he sweats a lot in these masks. Otherwise, we are all very happy with them.
