Hi Jessica, We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase, we always make sure to clarify which masks we distribute are FDA registered, which ones are NIOSH certified, and which ones are FDA cleared for surgical use, but please, do not confuse that a mask which is not NIOSH certified, is fake. We guarantee the masks we distribute are legit and meet the standards according to the registrations they have. The KN95 masks you bought are not NIOSH certified, but are FDA registered and are 100% KN95 authentic.
