I gave this company a 1 star review because my shipment was misdelivered and I struggled to get resolution. After several emails and the poor review, the company was prompt and courteous and provided a full refund. I appreciate them doing the right thing.

I found you guys on a Google search and was very happy with your pricing compared to other companies I have dealt with since 2016 and I try for the incentive of 10% off first purchase and free shipping now i didn't get the 10% off and that's why the 4 stars everything else was great I have called customer service and was told I will get the 10% refund and I am waiting going forward you guys are my favorite. Unfortunately these masks didn’t work for my hard-to-fit face. My experience with their customer service was excellent, and the return process was easy.

I love your masks and I look forward to receiving them. When I ordered, they were promised for yesterday. They were needed for a trip tomorrow. I still have not received them. I think DHL is not the best.

The product is great, if I had a few nits to pick it was the large volume of emails I received after my purchase and before it was delivered. Also, having to pay duty on the product which slowed delivery considerably. That may be out of your hands, but I’ve purchased many things from the USA and/or out of province and not had to pay duty before, again might not be your issue.
