These masks are great when you need to wear a mask multiple hours a day. The adjustable straps make all the difference. I also like the shape, I feel like it covers better than other masks and is more comfortable. The auto ship feature is also great. One less thing for me to think about.

Very prompt reply ( within a few minutes) to my email with recommendations on how to solve my issue. The first recommendation did not work. When I replied via email, a second recommendation from the same support professional was offered again within just a few minutes again. And this worked. I was impressed with the speed of response, and the support agent stayed with me until the issue was solved.

We ordered petite masks for the women in our family and they are so much more comfortable and a much better fit than regular adult sizes. They are excellent quality and the customer service is superb. Highly recommend.
