I ordered large N95 masks which many other companies do not carry. They were out of stock at the time but Well Before kept me updated by email so I knew they hadn’t forgotten me. A few weeks later I was notified they were back in stock and received my order shortly after. My husband was quite pleased since the masks fitted securely and comfortably over his beard. I have since reordered them so we always have them in hand. I was impressed by the service and the comfort and quality of the individually wrapped masks.

Shipping cost is high, and frequently stock is out. However, the quality of your kn95 masks is as good as it gets, and WellBefore is the only company that I am aware of that offers size options, which I can not thank you enough for, since it has been a requirement for my work.

After I placed my order I got a shipment notification, but the item never arrived. I waited until after the delivery window had passed and contacted customer service. They told me that the carrier had never picked up the shipment, and they just hadn't noticed somehow. They sent a new shipment that arrived weeks late. I asked for my shipping fees to be refunded and they refused. Instead they gave me a 10% coupon on my future order. I didn't want to place a future order after this experience, I wanted the money I paid on shipping to be refunded since they botched the shipping so badly. Edit: the response from Wellbefore below seems to be implying that I didn't understand the situation (that the fault was with the carrier) when I wrote my review; I can assure you that I did and nothing in my review was inaccurate. I just don't think as a customer I should be responsible for paying the shipping fees when my order was weeks late, I believe it was on the vendor to make things right. 2nd edit: I've updated my original review from 2 starts to 4 stars after Wellbefore updated their response and refunded my shipping fee.

I love your products, except for the disposable 4-layer face mask. It doesn't fit well at all. I can't use them and would like to return them. However, Your children’s KN 95 (South Korea style) and N95 Respirators Plus are the very best masks ever. Thank you for having those masks at reasonable prices. Love you guys.

I am a teacher and this mask was tight fitting around the edges yet gave me breathing room which was so very good as I wore it all day long. I subscribed to the automatic delivery and that was great until I received notice when a new delivery was to be sent that it would be delayed as it was out of stock. I understand the reason for this yet in my position I really depended on them. Service did begin again after awhile.

Wish there was more advanced warning on an upcoming subscription delivery. Other than that, it is great!!!!

Masks have been good quality and arrived as expected.

I really appreciate that the KN95 masks are individually wrapped. This is especially helpful for traveling. I also enjoy the variety of colors--I usually just purchase white and black, but having the denim color is a nice change of pace. Unfortunately, the WellBefore KN95 masks do not fit as tightly as the Powecom masks I purchased from another site, especially across the nose. I purchased 40 WellBefore masks, but will likely not purchase them again and go back to the more tightly fitted masks I got before.
