Hi there, and thanks for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear you had issues with your masks. All of our individually wrapped masks are packed right away after being manufactured, and this sometimes can cause some to have a soft scent which we call the "new mask scent" this is rare but may happen. For the fitting issues, you can always reach out to our customer service through any of our communication channels during the notification period to help you out with your case.

Hi James, thank your for your honest comments about your experience. I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the order processing, however, after checking, the order was processed with no issues, but the delivery part had a delay from UPS, for which, although it is not on us, we apologize for the troubles this may have created. While we do our best to process orders during the following 24 hours it's placed or even before that time, from there it's up to the couriers to process the shipping on time. That said, once you communicated with us, we promptly gave you a refund of the shipping costs in compensation for the delays, because, as we were explained, the courier has been showing some issues by finishing up their deliveries on time, and we do understand the frustration this may creates on you, we really do. Sometimes this frustrates us as well!
