Ordering was easy. My order arrived promptly. On this order, I purchased a pack of KN95 masks. I prefer these to the KN95 3D masks that I had purchased several months ago. The KN95 masks can be refolded for multiple uses without the outside of the mask touching any part of the inside of the mask, whereas, when refolding one of the KN95 3D masks, part of the outside of the mask touches the inside of the mask. So I find the KN95 style to be more practical for my use.

These are the best masks! They are so comfortable and I feel so protected wearing them. I also would like to comment on the customer service which was fast and kind!

Great products and prices.

Customer care and concern. I chose the N99 mask because it: 1. performs better than N95 mask in independent filtration tests; and 2. has no exhaust (all other N99 masks that I found had an exhaust, which destroys the anti-covid capability). Compared to our N95 masks, this N99 mask only slightly increases heat build-up, and breathability is a bit more difficult, but these potential issues have not made me want to return to the N95 mask. We used our masks first for a packed air flight but have continued to use this N99 mask in crowded environments. My wife, who has a better nose than I, said the odor from breathing through this mask was fine.
