Good, environmentally friendly packaging. Speedy delivery. They definitely care about their customers...and the product exceeded my expectations! It's helped my scalp folliculitis immensely.

We’re truly sorry for the worry and frustration this has caused—we completely understand how upsetting it is when you’re expecting a package and it doesn’t show up. We’ve checked the carrier’s tracking for your order, and it indicates the delivery was scheduled for January 10 and marked as delivered that day. We know this isn’t the experience you were hoping for, and our team has reached out to you directly so we can look into this further together. We’re here to help however we can.
