A trusted source for N95s
Good to have a trusted source for N95 masks for our family, and the subscription model is very convenient. The website is a bit clunky but I found what I needed.

Great customer service, don’t like product changes
Customer service at well before is always wonderful. Whether talking via chat or in person, they really listen and try to make things right. They were willing to let me return masks that didn’t fit and get a credit for new ones. My only complaint is that the new version of the kn95 masks (now 4 ply instead Of 5) don’t fit nearly as well as the old ones and are much more flimsy feeling (crumple easily, don’t hold their shape, hard to get a good seal against face). Please go back to the old manufacturing!

Easy to order
Easy to order. Fast delivery. Only thing is that the masks have a strong smell. Guess that’s just the manufacturer issue. Smell Dissipates so if you open and leave the mask out then it’s fine.

I ordered face masks
I ordered face masks. Tho were received in a timely manner on a regular basis. They were of a very good quality and well worth the money.

initial interaction
I valued the initial interaction. The immediacy of making arrangements convenient for myself to be visited online by a nurse…..then it never happened

Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. Unfortunately, the masks I bought are a little big for my face. Way better than the previous choices which were too tight on my ears, but far from perfect. No fault of the company, but the process of ordering online. Maybe offer a sample pack of several which allow a person to try them on before having to buy in bulk?
