Hi Kat, thank you for your honest comments and review. We truly appreciate our customers' feedback and comments. Our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. Dear Jessica, thank you for your honest comments in regards to our prices. This will help us to improve the best we can. Although we are already at very competitive prices for masks that are individually wrapped and their respective certification, we will always look to provide better prices for our customers. If you allow me to clarify, we haven't done any price increase, but totally the opposite, and because we found more and more people needed these in affordable prices, we did our best to provide them as cheap as possible every time. Dear Cinthya, thanks for your comments about our service, and I'm sorry to read you had issues with the masks you received, I'm sorry to inform you, the item you were requesting is not available anymore and won't be back, as we already upgraded it to a new version with improvements and NIOSH certification, the reason for which the team just provided the return process explanation. However, as the message explained, we are able to provide any option you would prefer, and not only credit, as we understand our customers may prefer different options, either to replace, ask for credit, or refund the items, as long as they are within the notification period.
