If you allow us to clarify, our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging., and sometimes masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” and thus we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes before wearing them. That said, we also provide a variety of sizes to our customers to help them with fitting, as well as our models with adjustable loops. Hi Misty, we are sorry to know you felt this way with our masks. If you allow us to clarify, sometimes thicker may seem better, but that is not necessarily the case with masks. Our masks can achieve high levels of filtration (above 95% according to lab results) with less thickness, helping with both comfort and breathability. You can rest assured the masks will keep their filtration efficiency. Also, in cases where you detect any potential defective on masks, like the smell you've mentioned, please note our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. Hi Stephen, thank you for your honest comments and we are sorry to know your incident with subscriptions. If you allow me to clarify, our subscription process will always prioritize subscriptions the same day the order will be placed. However, if there's no stock of that item, subscription will notify the customer it was not processed, it will make another try to process it 3 days later and repeat the process until the order goes through, up to 8 times. That way, our customers will get a guarantee the order will be processed automatically the moment the product is in stock. Hi there! Thanks for your honest comments about our products. If you do not mind, I want to explain some things about the masks. Sometimes thicker may seem better, but that is not necessarily the case with masks. Our masks can achieve high levels of filtration (above 97% according to lab results) with less thickness. Thickness of the masks can also make it harder to breathe while wearing them. Also, some of our customers wear it all day so the heaviness of the masks can come into play after a long use time. We always try to find a perfect balance of thickness, weight, and filtration, so rest assured our masks keep their quality the same, always. Hi Brett, we are sorry to know you had this issue with the N95 masks. Just to help by clarifying, and according to the information we've seen on your email: he straps are not attached to the masks, but hooked to the adjusters. This way, the wearer can open the adjuster and move each tip of the strap so it can be adjusted at will and closed again. Just to be sure, we explain how to adjust the straps in the product package as well. We hope this information had helped, as it was a very similar response, with pictures, the one we send on email.
