The masks are fine.

Overall, I really like wellbefore. Myself and my children have been using their masks for about 9 months now. We use the kids KN94 masks for my bone marrow transplant kiddo and use the 3ply kids masks for myself and my other kids. I have had zero complains about them. Our past two orders, the 3ply masks have been upgraded to 4ply due to the 3ply being out of stock. I do appreciate the product being upgraded, that is kind of wellbefore to do because they do cost more. However, they upgrade automatically with no additional charge. On the other hand, we do not like the 4 ply masks like the 3ply. The 4ply masks ear pieces are much tighter, and are much thicker. The 3ply masks’ ear pieces are very stretchy and comfortable! I emailed customer service and they were very helpful with resolving my issue, they were also very quick in doing so. Like I stated before, we really enjoy the products we receive from wellbefore and when 3ply kids masks are back in stock, I will be placing our next order!

I have an autoimmune disease, so protection is very important to me. Your masks are the first ones that fit well and are comfortable enough to wear for an extended time.

Despite an original poor experience, they communicated with me to find out what went wrong and how it could be corrected. True to their word the original problem was fixed in a timely way just as they promised. Mine was not a large order. I could easily just been ignored and been written off as an insignificant customer whose experience mattered very little to them, but instead they showed themselves to be a company with values one often doesn’t expect these days.
