Customer service is always ready to help if needed. It is easy to make changes to an autoship if needed...just give them a call. Once I ordered the wrong size of gloves by mistake and they said they would send me a prepaid shipping label to return them for the right size. It was so nice of them.

We love the masks. Great quality, excellent customer service and price. I love the blue color and my husband the black masks. The masks are very comfortable.

Excellent masks

We did a fit test on my 7 year old and the small size KN95 style masks from WellBefore were the only ones that she passed the fit test in. I'm so thankful these are being made! It's difficult to find masks for growing kids and these are great!

Now that we no longer use KN95 masks as much, I forgot to cancel my subscription. The reminder email went into my Promotions folder so I didn't cancel the order in time. When I saw a confirmation email that the order will ship out soon, I emailed the company after 10pm to see if I can still cancel not expecting a response until the next day. Within minutes of my request, they canceled it without any problems and stated a refund will be issued. I would order again from Well Before if there is any need in the future.

I like how the masks feel (soft). How there are options for adjustable ones. Also the nose piece.
