When I forgot to cancel my subscription, I hurried onto the mobile website to see if I could cancel the automatic order before it was sent out. Well, for whatever reason, I wasn't able to get the website to load. So I sent an email asking to have the order cancelled and my subscription cancelled as well, and to my surprise, they actually promptly did both those things for me! So, I'm giving 5 stars for excellent customer service. The N-95 masks I received from my original order also seemed to be up to standard (from my layperson's perspective at least), so I would rate the product quality highly as well.

These are the best masks of any of the more than a dozen I have tried since initial days of Covid. I originally posted a negative review because my subscription didn't ship due to an out of stock. Customer service replied within 24 hrs. and offered me same item in different color. Great follow up.

My 10 year old great nephew loves the camouflage K94 for kids. Fits well. He didn’t keep messing with it. Stayed in place. Excellent product!
