Dear M, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your masks. Our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. The price and shipping time was alright. I found it terribly inconveniencing that the elastic bands do not come tied, nor the mask containers assembled.

We ship them apart from the box for now in order to keep the shipping prices affordable for our customers, and we clarify this on our site in the product's description. About the head straps, this is constructed like this so our customers find it easier to tighten or loosen the straps without having them attached, and found out this way the N95 loops last more. We appreciate your feedback!

The N-99 mask was superb, tho' I did find it a bit difficult to breathe out of my nose, so I cut the inner lining back to a narrower strip around the nose, & it then worked quite well. I could breathe easily out of my nose. The adjustable ties are great, the one below my ears I could tighten so that the mask around my chin fit snugly.

In this last order, seems the quality was not as good. Opened two masks and there were no elastic bands.

When I purchased a bunch of KN95 masks, that were too loose. I had to purchase additional masks that were adjustable.
