The product arrived on time as promised. I like the choice of denim as a face mask color, and the adjustable ear loops make putting the mask on and wearing it for several hours very comfortable.

I had an issue with masks that I purchased by mistake. I received an immediate response from customer service, and they resolved the problem with equal expediency as well as with generosity.

I ordered masks and they were way too small for my husband and I. After I left a 1-star review WellBefore reached out and offered to refund the masks that we had not opened, and I could send those back. We appreciated that option, despite being disappointed they were too small!
Response from WellBeforeSep 15, 2023
