Dear SJ, thanks for your honest comments about our products and we're sorry to know the masks didn't fit as expected. If you allow us to help, our masks, although are constructed to fit most faces, we know the fitting may not be perfect to a certain range of wearers, and that's the reason we also provide the measurements of these masks, so just incase our customers can do a self-meamsurement and determine if that size might help. Dear Jamie, we are sorry to know you were displeased with our masks' sizes and we hope we can help clarifying. As you've mentioned, the masks you go, the X-Small KN95 masks are actually meant mostly for infants with ages 2-4 approx. (not a mandatory age range), and if you were looking for masks that were a bit bigger, we also have them in sizes Small and Regular for children. Dear Dianne, thank you for your kind words, and we're sorry to know you had these issues with your masks. After checking, it seems you receive the standard model with non adjustable earloops. For those, we have found some customers (mostly women) didn't find the loops short enough, so we started to make our masks with adjusters to help with fitting, as we understand this is very important for our customers. That said, we hope to see you again in the future and check the KN95 masks with adjustable earloops and hoping they can improve your experience with our products. Stay safe.

Dear Cheryl, we are sorry to know you didn't like our masks. If you allow us to clarify, the NIOSH certified masks, all of them requires the masks to come with headstraps as a must, the reason for which they are constructed that way, and if you need to tighten them up, we suggest to use the adjusters you can find on every side of the mask for you to tighten them or raise them if needed without removing them.
