I found the N95 mask to be flimsier than I thought. Did not stay put well when speaking. Have found more comfortable ones not sure I’d reorder these.

We have been wearing these masks since the early days of the pandemic. Overall, good quality masks and excellent customer service. But: 1) Got Covid: Husband who works at a face-pace restaurant caught Covid in mid-Febr. while wearing the 3D KF94 style mask. Son, who has been wearing the same model for kids' size did not catch Covid yet but he is in a much lower risk environment. So--do not rely on KF94 only, either double up or use one of their N95s, if you are in a high-risk envirnoment. 2) I am *very* disappointed at their recent price hike. They claim that they actually lowered their prices, but this is not true. Prices remain the same or perhaps a few cents cheaper *if* you subscribe. For one time purchase, prices went up nearly by 50 cents per mask, which is a lot if you are consuming too many of these masks as we have been.

Dear Eakin, we are sorry to know you feel this way about our products. We hope we can clarify your concerns. To be honest, the world has yet to figure out what exactly protects us from the virus, other than the vaccines currently circulating. However, we do know that based on CDC's recommendations that a combination of masks, hand sanitizers, social isolation, washing hands and a few other things can help prevent us in a higher rate (they do not guarantee) from contracting the virus, even if we were already vaccinated. Regarding the prices, note the masks we were selling with our brand on them, all were with the same price or got a price reduction while trying to improve their quality, and we can take the 3D KN95 masks for instance, where the regular price kept at $1.99 each, or the black ones with a price of $2.09, and if you subscribe (and you can cancel anytime) you will get them at $1.59 and $1.67 respectively. So, as you can see, prices didn't rise, but instead we are always finding ways to provide these products at affordable prices. That said, we are still concerned about your case and would like to confirm what might have happened, so please let us know your order number and what you felt about prices at [email protected] saying you were invited from Trustpilot to help further. I didn't give this product a better review mainly because the mask was way too small for my face which seemed unusual. I also discovered that the type that has a loop that goes behind your neck and a loop that rests on the top/back of your head just doesn't work for me. The top loop won't stay in place.

Masks fit well but delivery took over a month. I would order again and hope the masks come quicker.

Dear Pat, we are sorry the courier took that long to deliver your package. If you allow us to clarify, during and after the holidays, couriers had a large volume of deliveries to do (as well as us in orders), so they delayed some of our deliveries at random, and the reason for which your package arrived that late.
