I purchased some Premium 3D PRO KN95 masks that ended up being a size too small. I initially just wanted to send unopened masks back to Wellbefore so they would not go to waste. Camila was so kind and so fast in processing my request and actually ended up sending me free replacements of the next size up. I am blown away by the speed and efficiency of the customer service (and I like the masks, too)! Will purchase again from Wellbefore.
