The person who helped me over the phone when I first called went above & beyond to answer my questions. When I realized the mask was too big & the return deadline had passed I was told they would still issue a refund & I did not have to return the mask. Great customer service!!!

Excellent face mask still using post pandemic when needed and during high outbreaks. Found great fit to face in the kn95 3d mask. It's the only mask I use now when needed. Also nice to have when someone else in house is sick.

WellBefore has phenomenal customer service and I am blown away! When I order personal items like masks, I expect to take a risk that it won’t fit properly and I’ll just try again until I find the right fit. WellBefore doesn’t share this expectation and was over the top helpful in ensuring I have PPE that meets my needs. That 5 star service! I’ve tried two masks as of today. One is my new go to (this one: WellBefore N95 Medical Respirator Mask) and the other wasn’t quite the right fit for my face. The mask itself was great and fit is a very personal thing. I then discovered the sample pack I probably should have ordered first anyway. That was absolutely my mistake but WellBefore went way out of their way to make sure I was happy with my masks! This is 100% my new PPE provider from this point on.
