Hi Customer, we appreciate your review. We want to clarify your concerns regarding our masks. The reason for which we have changed from 5 layers to 4 is because this model now only needs 1 premium quality melt-blown layer versus 2 in the previous model. We’ve been able to achieve higher (98-99%!) filtration with just 1 layer with the added benefit of significantly improved breathability for more comfort. To support this you can rely on the latest lab results we have on site where the masks shown a PFE above 98%. This results in one of the highest quality and most breathable masks in the market. Hi Natalie, we are sorry you weren't able to check your orders, but as our teammates explained, you do not have an account with us, and you were placing your orders as visitor (since we do not require our customers to activate accounts to process purchases or subscriptions in order to make things easier), so this is the reason on why you weren't able to log in. To solve this, our team sent you the account activation email so you can access and check your subscriptions and change your products. This email was sent again just in case. Dear Patricia, we are very sorry to know the automatic review messages arrived that many. If you allow us to clarify, this happen with every new product is bought, and if the customer does not unsubscribe manually at the bottom of every message, our system will continue sending them, and specially with Trustpilot where we can't unsubscribe the customers ourselves we're afraid. That said, please note we have removed you from all the review request of our products and site, including marketing emails and any other you may have considered spam. We are sorry for the troubles. Please note the only one you should remove yourself from the list is the trustpilot requests, and you can find it at the bottom of the email you have received with that business' name. Dear L.A.C, we are sorry to know our service didn't meet your expectations, and as we know the perfect fit doesn't exist, we do our best to make sure our sizes try to fit most of sizes as possible. We are sorry to see you leaving as well, but please never hesitate to try any other size for adults if you prefer for you, as we strongly believe our masks has a great comfort and many other customers can support this. As well, we hope you understand we do not have a big relationship with couriers, and for which their costs that comes directly to them are added, but you can always have a free shipping option after a determined amount of masks.
