If you allow us to clarify, our platform never process an order if an item from the subscription is not in stock at the moment of charging the items. That said, and after investigating, it seems you've created multiple subscriptions at the same time, while canceling others, and what you've expected to be charged the same day, you've placed the charge date in a different day than the products you recently received. Hi Mini, we are sorry to know the masks were too big, and we hope the solution we created several months ago to help customers with smaller or bigger faces for regular size will work you later. If you allow us to help, we suggest to check the measurements of all the sizes we have in stock for our customers: small, regular and large, and make a self measurement of your face to determine which one would be a better option and provide a perfect fitting. Hi Mrs Alban, we are sorry to know this had happened. If you allow us to clarify, the masks are designed in a way they can be firmly stay in the child's face and providing the best possible protection, without hurting the nose, but with the help of the nose clip pre molded from you to your child's nose bridge, it will help a lot more in sealing, and without adjusting the masks with the adjusters in each loop, this might help in leaving the masks looser on the sides. If after these suggestions you consider the masks is still to tight, then it's suggested to make a measurement of the child's face and compare with the next size up in our options for you to verify if a bigger size might help. If you allow us to clarify about how the masks feel, the reason you feel the masks are a bit thinner than before is because we made important updates on them, and instead of having 5 layers, with 2 high quality Polypropylene layers, now we upgraded those layers and replaced them with 1 extra high quality layer of Polypropylene, which provides the same protection while improving the comfort and breathability! You can even verify its performance in our latest results shown on site, so you don't have to worry about their performance or protection level, as we always aim to keep this number at its highest value. If you allow us to clarify, whenever a customer receive a mask that is different from the size they requested, you are more than welcome to process a request for an exchange of the products, as we make sure to send the right size that is requested, and if that same size receives an update in measurements, which is not that often, we make sure to show their measurements on site.
