Hi Neil, thanks for your feedback regarding your experience with our products, and we're sorry to know it was difficult to wear, however if you allow us to clarify, the N95 NIOSH certified masks with headstraps are meant and constructed in a way it's not required to be taken off after a long period of use, or under special circumstances. For cases like yours where the customer is not wearing the masks for tasks but instead for regular errands or in a daily basis, we strongly suggest our KN95 masks instead with earloops, as those are meant for such purposes and general public. Hi Ellen, thank you for your honest comments about the Harley masks. Although we do not manufacture them, we appreciate your feedback for other customers. If you allow us to provide any suggestion, the best option in your case would be to make a self measurement of your face before making a purchase of masks, and comparing the dimensions with the data we have on site so you can determine which is the best option for you. We algo provide a picture on our masks' description that shows what could be the best way to measure the face to get the right or most approximate size that fits well. Dear Wanda, we are sorry to know the size of our masks didn't fit as expected, and if you allow us to explain, exactly like you, we had other customers in the past where the masks didn't fit for any reason, and that's why we created models in different sizes. In your case, the product you ordered, the KN95 masks, come in sizes Small, Regular (you bought this model), and Large, and according to your experience, this last would be the best option for any future purchase. As for breathability, we consider that, after trying this model, you will feel much more comfort with our products, just like many other of our customers out there who loves our masks for this feature. Hi Linda, thank you for your kind words about our customer service. We do our very best to help our customers in need. Regarding the product's fitting, it seems you were trying all of our products in size regular, for which we consider that maybe the issue would be the size of the masks, and since this is just a supposition, we suggest to check the measurements of the other sizes and do a self measurement of the wearer's face to determine if the regular size is in fact, the most suitable size, or if it would be better to try out a different one.
