Dear William, thanks for your honest comments. We are sorry our phone line wasn’t active. The honest truth is that we’ve been managing a very large number of support inquiries and because of this we are focusing our resources where we can help the most number of customers. Our aim is to provide personalized support always; phone support usually takes a bit more time and you can’t multi-task when you’re on the phone with somebody, which is the reason why we’ve focused our efforts in support channels that can be handled more than one customer at a time. That way we are able to help a lot more customers. I know this is very inconvenient but I can assure you that the level of support you will receive is the same as if you were speaking with someone. We are working restlessly to provide the best service possible, so please accept our apologize for not being able to take your call. We will soon open phone support as we aim to give all possible ways for customers to speak to us.

Dear Michael, thank you for your honest comments about our products. We are happy to know they look fine to you, but it's sad to know the masks ran out small for you. As you were able to see, these masks measure 6 inches x 6 inches in their regular model (measures shown on site), and fit many customers,, but since we know not everyone fit the same, we have available models Small and Large, so we can cover a wider range of sizes and help more people. We kindly invite you to test some of these masks in size Large and verify if they fit better. We hope they do. Regards,

Please note that you can always reach out to us anytime through our communication channels within the notification period of reporting for discomfort (14 days upon order's arrival to your address), and we will be more than happy to provide assistance. Hi B, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your subscription. If you allow me to clarify, we did reply to your email with the information you requested, but long story short is the system will try to fulfill it every 3 days if the items are out of stock, until it gets fulfilled. However, it seems in your case, the system detected an error with your card as well, making it impossible to process a reshipment even if the platform had items in stock. That said, we've sent you an update email to help you out, and so the subscription can be reopened. We hope this helps.

Hi John, thanks for your honest comments and we're sorry to hear you had these issues, however, it seems you are referring to some sort of test or clinical device, because according to your order history, you got KN95 masks from us. Please keep us posted how you felt with your purchase and if you had any other feedback you can share about our products. Thanks!
