After verifying your most recent order, placed on August 26th, the shipping method used was Economy by default for being a subscription purchase (which we are grateful for), and the said method takes anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to finish its delivery, and in your specific case, since the departure of the package from our facility on August 26th, and the final delivery date which is today September 2nd according to the tracking number, it's taking 5 business days to be delivered to your address. If you allow us to be completely honest, the first time you started to have issues back in January, that was the moment when we received an exponential amount of orders that overwhelmed us to the point it was impossible to fulfill all orders on our promised times, and stock was limited everywhere, thus the reason you started to experiment that inconsistency in your subscription. We hope you can apologize us. Now, after several months, we were growing and improving our stocks, so we can mitigate these issues, and now we consider our subscription process is much more reliable now so our customers can rest assured we have a very safe stock in our warehouses to cover their demands, so we encourage you to test our system once more. Hi Marna, we are sorry to know you had this bad experience with our products. If you allow us to clarify, after reading your case and communication with our agents, the masks are measured in flat dimensions (height x depth x width) and not by round areas. Starting from there, the agent tried to suggest to use a ruler instead of a measuring tape as this will help to have a better understanding of the length needed, from the base of the nose to the tip, to determine which mask won't tight your face so much. Hi Patricia, thanks for your honest comments about the Harley L-108 N95 masks. We hope we can reply this review with some clarifications. Regarding delivery, please note we ship as soon as possible to the couriers within the next 24 hours, so it takes anywhere between 7 and 10 business days to make the orders to arrive at the customers' destinations according to UPS or USPS, and in your specific case, the order was placed on Saturday and courier took it on Monday since they only do pickups on weekdays, then it took them 8 business days to arrive at your address (21st), a few days ahead than expected. However, we do know sometimes our customers need their products sooner, and that's the reason why we are happy to tell them they have the expedited option available if they need their orders sooner! Finally, regarding the masks, although we are unable to provide a feedback to Harley directly to check if they can improve their masks to make them more breathable and avoid to get hot in hot temperatures during summer, we do can suggest to wear our N95 masks which we construct them in a way they have a good balance between comfort and protection. Hi Amelia, we are sorry to know you had issues with the size. If you allow us to give you a word of advise, our site was improved so all sizes and measures of our masks are included in each model and variant within the pictures of each, including instructions of what we consider helps our customers in knowing the best size for them. However, in cases like yours where the masks can't be returned, keep in mind that you can return all the individually wrapped masks that are still unopened, even if the big 10-pack bag is open, so you would have been considered for a replacement still.
