Dear Ann, we are sorry to know you felt that. If you allow us to clarify, we mention on our site we ship from our warehouse at Dallas, TX, and all of our products with our logo on them clarifies the manufacturer in their documentation shown on site at good resolution so it can be read. By any means we want to hide this information from any of our customers and are not deceiving or misleading. We know how important this information is for our customers, since we know there are plenty customers that are careful while reading all the information about the product they're getting and read all the data we can provide, or even come directly to our customer service and ask for that information. Dear Fiona, we're sorry to know you had issues with your order. If you allow us to clarify, we're afraid to report we had a huge volume of orders we weren't prepared for back in January during the dates you were placing your order, and the reason for which our platform updated so fast in the masks stock. we worked as hard as we could to satisfy all of our customers' demand but we're afraid our efforts may have not been enough in terms of stock for everyone. we apologize for that, and the best we can do for now is to promise we now are prepared for these volumes Regards,

Hi Robbi, we are sorry to know you felt that way, please note that we already clarified unfortunately these didn't arrive with the correct embossing but the quality remains the same and to compensate the troubles we refunded your order with no hesitation and not asking the masks back so you can keep the product to stay safe. We are sure the product we distribute is legitimate, thus the reason we didn't ask it back, and we're sorry that, after several communications, emails, questions you've sent, our service didn't meet your expectations to give us 2 stars. We considered we have answered all your questions promptly, but unfortunately, we know sometimes we can't satisfy everyone.
