We are sorry to read you had a bad experience with the sizing, and we hope you can let us clarify a few points: Regarding sizes, we are aware that maybe a size that fits someone, it may not to another because we do not fit the same, even from different businesses, and not all companies may use the same standards for their sizes selection. This is the reason why we always show the measurements of our masks on site and a small sizing guide, so our customers can do a self measurement and confirm if the size we describe as Small, Regular, or Large will fit them. With all that said, we also are happy to inform that, any type of discomfort with our products, our customers are more than welcome to reach out to our customer experience lines, from which you can ask for advise or ask for assistance with your purchases. Hi James. I’m very sorry you felt this way after our call. Our intentions were exclusively to provide you with a solution in the fastest possible way as we realized the frustration you had with our team while we tried to clarify the information about the product that the manufacturer had provided. We understand things didn’t go well this time. Regarding the return label of this order, because this is a special product it takes a bit longer than usual to process an immediate return. We are constantly open to receive our customers' discomforts and happy to provide assistance the best we can as long as orders within the 14 calendar days upon delivery. We understand other companies may have more or less timeframes, and that varies among each other, depending in their own internal processes, but with that aside, we are sorry this timeframe was not of help after receiving a notification of discomfort 31 calendar days upon delivery. If you allow us to clarify, we do our best to provide all the possible information to our customers, and giving standard sizes like S, M, L won't provide exact measures for each mask, and that is the main reason our system only provide the measurements without a search by size as you expected, but please rest assured we will take your feedback to verify how we can improve our site to be friendlier with the customer. Hi Cheryl, thanks for your comments, and we're sorry to know you felt that way with our products. If you allow us to clarify, the products you are getting, the N95 masks are classified as 95 because that's the minimum amount of filtration efficiency the masks must have to be ranked as such, but that does not mean their filtration rate are exactly 95%. Our tests shown on site clearly states the labs got a filtration efficiency from our products way above the minimum required, so you can rest assured that, even if the standard used on these masks are to be classified as 95, ours are made in detail to go above and beyond.
