If we are honest, this was one of the very few times we received the masks' loops weren't that elastic, and all those cases were reported and confirmed as defectives. So if you are open, you can write at us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the masks you got, and we'll make an exception to your case and analyze to assist. Dear Physical therapist, we are sorry to know you had this bad experience with our subscription platform. If you allow us to clarify, our site provides a great benefit of getting these masks at a very affordable price, but does not guarantee stock, and we do not agree this or mention on any section of our site. To compensate this, our platform will do several tries before cancelling the subscription due to lack in stock, and we notify our customers via email that a processing was failed up to 8 times, so our customers can verify with us if they require to modify the subscription by another in stock. We are sorry our platform didn't work as you want, but after reading this, we hope it had clarified some concerns and gave you more clarification on how it works.
