While my mother received some of the missing items from her original order, the shipping carrier damaged the items. However, the WellBefore Customer Support team have responded very quickly & provided a refund for the damages & the inconvenience caused. I have always been very pleased with the masks from WellBefore since finding the company during the COVID pandemic. And I continue to order, because I now am immune compromised, requiring all visitors to wear N95 masks.

Hi Heather, thank you for your patience through this experience — we're so sorry for the inconvenience caused with your mother's order. We're actively working to make this right and will be reaching out privately to finalize the resolution. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to correct this.

It seems like their stock rotates really quickly and they don't always have exactly what I order. However, their selection is really good and they always reach out quickly to come up with a reasonable compromise. I order all my masks and some other supplies here. (Edited for typo.)

WellBefore masks are amazing! Breathable but still provide a high level of protection. The nosepiece is very easy to shape so you can get a good fit. And they look fantastic!

WellBefore has been my brand of choice for years now. Keeping myself and those around me safe from airborne viruses is a value worth paying for. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, I always include bulk masks in my budget, even though I wish they were lower priced. I will not compromise on keeping these stocked. The customer service team is responsive, helpful, and great to work with.
