The suit jacket sleeves were absolutely too long. And the suit i ordered wasn't supposed to have a fake handkerchief in the vest and coat!

I ordered a white 3 piece tuxedo suit. They sent me a tan suit. The company is not trying to send me the right suit. They trying to make me keep the suit that was sent and not exchange it or.give me my money back. This company is a fraud they are about taking people money.

Giving even a 1 star review for this company is laughable. This company can not be trusted at all. Their goal seems to be to make as much money as possible while giving the poorest quality suits, and customer service. My son purchased a suit off their website for prom. The description said it was a gray herringbone design. The picture looked like a gray suit with fabric that was indeed herringbone. When the suit arrived, it has a gray inner lining…but the herringbone pattern itself was a thick black and white threading. It looks awful and doesn’t look gray at all. I have been trying to deal with their customer service for over a month now to get a refund. They want me to pay almost $90 in return shipping fees when the suit itself cost me $120 for the suit itself and then $25 for shipping. What a scam. This company needs to be put out of business.

Impossible to get hold of, terrible service, and never meet the deadline you ask for when paying for speedy delivery. If you don't cancel your order within 24 hours, you will no longer be able to cancel. And they don't send you emails, so you can't check progress or tracking. Never ever again.

to order was ok but to obtain a product type was difficult

I am a 1st time customer so we will see. So so good a lot of Style and color choices and excellent products. I am looking forward to receiving my order.
