This suit is now my go-to for meeting clients - it looks professional without looking bulky.

I placed an order on August 26th. As of today October 1st, it STILL hasn't even been shipped out, much less received. I asked how to get a refund. Instead of that, I was offered a $10 coupon to use on a future purchase. That I would probably never receive either..

Company was suppose to refund me on a suit that didn't fit. It was entirely to big. Emailed customer service and they tried everything they could to not give me a refund. Then once agreement had been reached and I returned the item, it's September and I returned the item in July still no refund and they won't respond to my emails anymore. Do not purchase from them. The site is not trustworthy and the material is not linen. Feels more like wool.

I'm always happy with this shop. They have a great selection, and the staff gives some genuinely helpful advice.

I bought 2 suits from this website for my best friend’s wedding. I was going to be the best man. The custom suit came in and it was messed up. They sent the wrong suit. I then ordered a replacement with expediting shipping. It never showed up and I waited three weeks . I requested a refund on the purchase of both suits one that didn’t even ship yet and the one that they sent was messed up. They said they could only offer me $30 when they messed up and sent the wrong suit and if you pay for expediting shipping, it doesn’t mean anything because I waited three weeks and it still hasn’t been sent and the wedding is the end of the week so now I have to go out and spend more money on another suit so I have something for the wedding and I’m the best man.

Took a long time to get product. Sizes do not comply with U.S. sizes, so of course the product didn't fit. There was poor customer service and no real return policy.

My husband has been trying to get his suit and we have not been able to contact anybody. This has been going on since July 8th. We were told the processing time would be between 15-20 days, and shipping would take 6-9. It’s coming up to be arriving soon yet we haven’t received any tracking information. We want a full refund as this seems to be a universal issue with multiple people. Customer service is extremely hard to contact.

I ordered my suit and immediately received a follow up email to confirm my size. Needless to say it’s a perfect fit. Definitely plan to order another one.
