Last year I Purchased 5 oscillating 6 inch fans. After receiving them 2 of them did not work So I contacted growbuds and they replaced the 2 defective ones. A few days later another 3 stopped working And I never received any response from them. After numerous emails I still did not get a response because now I have 7 fans that are not working. I would never buy anything from them again. I also purchased 6 spider farmer lights from them Hopefully I will never have a problem with them. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare. If you need to purchase anything please I beg you go elsewhere.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company last fall I tried to order a sf 2000 from them and found out that they were selling a product they do not stock through a third party seller. Which I dealt with there evasive staff. And they annoying blonde telemarketer that did not comprehend basic English so the other day my other half decided to give you another try. Why I don't know the same evasive blonde still works there he's like cool placed the order . Gave grow buds the benefit of the doubt.Yet again they were evasive again, about when the light was going to ship. Same manipulative attempts. At not answering our questions about what was going on.Obviously we are dealing with young adults. That don't understand the concept of treating your customer like royalty. To keep them coming back. So this is the reason growbuds has lost us as possible customers.forever.

Customer service is non existent I had to reach out by phone a couple of times since email was useless. Shipping out date is way slower than their already delayed estimate. In the end after waiting over a month they said they would request a cancellation for my order to the warehouse department.. My package never shipped from their warehouse and they finally removed the charge from my card. This was after being lied to over and over again about when my order would leave their warehouse. Consumers beware! I never could contact the warehouse which is in California, only their "office" on the east coast.

Funny how my previous review got taken down. This has nothing to do with the tray but the quality of service growbuds provides. I ordered this item thinking I would receive 25 as stated. No where did this item read it was individually sold. Everything on the page said 25/cs. Everything. So when my order arrives I receive 1 individual 1020 tray. No problem I will call growbuds and see what up. Day 1 call and leave a message. I wait 3 business days figuring that was plenty of time to respond. No response. Day 2 (5 days later including the weekend.) Call again, leave a message and no response. Day 3 finally get a hold of someone. No apologies for not getting back to me. Lady on the phone says they will check with the warehouse team and call me back in 30 mind. They didn't. Day 4. Call and leave a message. Once again No response. Day 5 I call yet again and leave a message. This time explaining my frustration. I actually get a call back this time 10 mins later. Lady on the phone tells me it's per individual 1020. I tell her it does not imply this anywhere and I have a screenshot to prove it. I'm told she will pass that on to the web team and my option is to keep the tray or I can send it back. I ask if I will have to pay to ship it back. She says no. OK then I'll ship it back. Get an email stating I will have to pay restock and shipping fees. So to recap. Spend a week of my time and effort trying to get someone on the phone. No apologies for my wasted time or an explanation on why they left me hanging. When I finally do get to speak to someone it takes less than 2 minutes to tell me "tough luck" for them not doing thier job correctly in listing an item. Now I'm going to have to pay lord knows how much to get a refund for an item they did not list correctly with no apology involved. Needless to say growbuds has lost my business and I'm sure they will delete this review like they did my previous one. Guess I will need to leave one on Google.

If you order something from this company you better hope their supplier has it because they won’t. Taking over 2 months to receive a pre-order, so far. Multitude of excuses made using broken English. Beware!!!

Misleading website and terrible customer service. Their website lists items by the case but after you receive it, it is just a single item. I tried contacting them but they want me to pay a restocking fee for their mistake. They never even apologized for the error on their end, just acted like it was my fault.

Update: company is a drop shipping operation ran by a 22 year old with no real business background what so ever. Just like the reviews say, poor communication, finding out weeks later items are out of stock after you paid and have been expecting your package. This company does not have multiple warehouses they are just drop shippers. If I would have known that I would have NEVER gave you $700.. now I'm struggling to send all this back and get a refund as you screwed half my order up, didn't say anything until I finally got tired of waiting, and you now think I want a grow kit that's missing half the stuff? I'm a beginner I ordered the kit for a reason. Never ever ever again!

Poor Customer Service. Ordered a light this summer, was being fairly patient with Covid, followed up after 3 weeks to see if they had a tracking number or where it was at in shipping. Was then informed if was not in stock and my card was being refunded. Even though it shouldn't of been available for purchase, if they would have let me know in the next day or two I wouldn't of been as mad. As a medical patient waiting almost a month to harvest cost me ~$800 in cannabis I had to purchase. I wanted to support a small business, but they drove to me Amazon which took less than a week and was cheaper.
