WeGotNuts.comReviews of wegotnuts.com

"We Got Nuts" has been supplying our California nonprofit with in-shell walnuts for at least two years now. We are VERY satisfied with their product, which we give to the small squirrel colony on our premises on a daily basis. We really appreciate the option to order 5-lb bags of walnuts, which makes it easier to manage the product and move the bags around. They also consistently offer us a 20% discount on their prices since we generally order 25 lbs every three weeks! Shipping is free with that amount, so this is a win-win situation for everyone. This is the best deal we've been able to find anywhere on the internet, and the squirrels are VERY happy with the product (which we also enjoy ourselves from time to time). We highly recommend "We Got Nuts" as a small but trust-worthy company and are pleased to have initiated this business relationship with them!

My first two orders in June & July of in-shell walnuts were perfect, deliciously tender and "buttery"! I was surprised my September order through Amazon was disappointing: bag unsealed, nuts scattered through Amazon's packaging, nuts sub-par and dried out. I received an immediate reply from "WeGot Nuts" about the issue and their Customer Service immediately graciously reacted in sending a perfect 4-lb. bag of delicious walnuts. This is an exemplary company with extraordinary customer service and honest, ethical standards. They will remain on my favored vendors list!

just wanted to let you know i'm another satisfied customer. the red peanuts smell better and taste better than three other company's nuts !

I couldn't be happier with my first order from We Got Nuts. I received a large variety of nuts, and the quality of every single one is fantastic. After staying with another company for years that couldn't resolve a simple issue with one type of nut, I'm so pleased to have found a company that delivers such great quality and service.

Availability and price and quality. Will buy more real soon. Shipping was remarkable as well.

Ordered white almonds for a wedding and they send bright colored red green purple that looked like they were for a children’s party. Did not taste fresh. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Did nothing to compensate. They have a lot to learn. Will not order from them.

Placed order #SH100976 for 10 pound of Raw Brazil Nuts which were shipped on 6/26/2026. I received the shipment on 6/29/2026. Two 5 pound bags were in the shipment box. One the 5 pound bags contained pieces and crumbs and not the Raw Brazil Nuts that I ordered. The 2nd bag was perfect. I immediately sent We Got Nuts, an email for this issue, but did not a response for several days since it was the holiday weekend. We Got Nuts does not provide any method to actually speak with a representative. I did sample the nuts in the one bag with the crumbs / pieces, but they were not as good previous orders. I have sent numerous messages to We Got Nuts, but as today they have refused to provide adequate compensation. The email communication chain is attached as a PDF file and JPG photo of the one bag of nuts.

first time buyer, ordered 3 different bags of trail mix, very happy with the product. I paid 7.99 for shipping and received in few days. Will purchase again.
