Alpha and Dan seem like great guys until you fork over your money of $1500. Beware of any promises they make, including the quick start bonus of $200. At first, I was told by Brennan (a customer support rep.) that I would receive the bonus within 30 days. Then, when I wrote to him after 35 days, he said he hadn't heard back from the people in charge. I called Alpha and he gave me an excuse that people had been grabbing the $200 and then, getting a refund, so they changed it to be 40 days. It is now 50 days and I can't get him to respond to texts or phone calls. I'm seeking advice from an attorney to get my money back from these people who don't do what they promise to do. UPDATE on 06/09: After speaking with an attorney, they recommended I dispute the $1500 charge with PayPal first. PayPal ended up siding with me because my case was considerably stronger and forced a refund from Weerk. As you can see there has been a flurry of new reviews in the last couple of weeks since my post and the forced refund from PayPal. So, either they really have gotten their act together (which I doubt) or these are fake reviews, especially the ones that say they have a 60 day guarantee! RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT ON MY REVIEW: Alpha, I finally stopped taking your calls because I needed everything to be in writing because everything that comes out of your mouth is another promise that is never kept by you. And AGAIN, you are not telling the truth! You said below: "even ended in a profit." Not true! You PROMISED on the phone and in text messages that I would be made whole, meaning I would get my entire $500.00 investment returned back to me. Your employee, who would not identify himself (George, I'm guessing) said, "you will have $475." NOT $500.00, as you promised! I confirmed that with 2 others on your team - that it would only be $475.00 - one of the many untruths you told me to try and get me to cancel the PayPal dispute "because it was harming your business." No. What is harming your business is your disregard for delivering what you promised.

I join Weerk Capital on March 3, 2023. I paid $1,500 to join the platform. The first the website was not working for me, when I put my investment into the account it was was losing money every day. I contacted Alpha and Dan on March the 8th requesting to cancel and the return of my $1,500. They ask me to give it another week, which I agreed to due to the Silicone bank closure. On March the 13rd, I contacted Alpha and Dan again and provided them with snapshots of my account to show that my account was still losing money and that my other accounts/exchanges was performing well. I requested that I am no longer interested in what they have to offer and that I wanted my $1,500 to be returned to me. On March 14th, Alpha contacted me and said “ hey Billy, market conditions have been horrible this past weekend because of a major US bank failing, i’m not sure if you’ve heard about it but it’s called “Silicon Valley Bank Failure” we are excited about rest of the month and would love to have you stay onboard until end of month to see yourself profit” Again, I had informed them that I was no longer interested and requested the return of my $1,500. On March 29th and April 3rd, I contacted Alpha again requesting status of the return of refund, because he had not responded to any of my texts or emails messages. On April 5th, they asked me in the text message to call them, which I did and got no answer. On April 7th got a text message that he will be calling me shortly, but never did. In the online section Dan stated that it a 30 days money back guarantee to included BONUS: Done-With-You Service ($1,500 Value) this taking from his website. Now, I am in process are disputing the charge with my Credit Union, because Dan and Alpha has refused to honor their agreement. As far as, I am concerned Weerk Capital is a scam and fraudulent company, based on my experience with them.
