They don’t refill scripts as ordered. Their customer service is seemingly intentionally hard to reach. They interfere constantly in the patient physician relationship. They throw constant barriers in your face and offer no solutions. In other words they could care less about you and your pet. Run people, run!

my vet ordered an antibiotic for my dog on me 19th. they said Wedgewood would call me to obtain my method of payment and verify my address. After three days, I advised the vet I had not heard from them. The vet called them and on May 23. I received an email requesting my method of payment. The website indicated it was shipped on May 24. Today is June 1 and I have not received the antibiotic yet. Meanwhile, my dog is not improving it has been two weeks and she has not received her first dose of antibiotic. This company charged almost $10 to ship from Phoenix, Arizona to Tucson, Arizona, indicating it would be a 3 to 5 day delivery. This is day 13 from the date of Order. I will use anyone but them in the future. They obviously do not care about our animals health. Ugh

Poor service, delayed shipping until I cancelled my order, then delivered quickly after my cancellation. Charged three times more than Chewy.stay away!!!

I ordered Rx for a client to be delivered overnight. They shipped via regular mail. I called in many times and finally got a hold of someone and they reshipped the order overnight UPS. But, due to the fact we close at noon on Fridays the order will not be delivered until Monday. I told them about this problem and they couldn't get it delivered before noon due to not having a contract to do that or a contract with Fedex. Now the patient may go blind!!! They need to get their system working right. The reason they said they shipped USPS in the first place was that I did not have my physical address in their system. I checked my profile and there was my physical address!!!!!! They can't even look things up properly even in there own system.

I’ve been a customer of Wedgewood pharmacy for over 3 years, something drastically worsened about 9 months ago, and they are not improving. It is obvious the employees are stressed, their systems are not working, they keep trying to fix things, but to no avail. I have spent hours on the phone with them, provide detailed feedback, receiving multiple calls from supervisors and giving 3rd, 4th chances that they continue to fail. We have run out of medication multiple times despite having AutoShip and frequently checking in prior to the shipment dates. Even our veterinarians are baffled and working with us to find alternative pharmacies. If you care for your pets’ health, we strongly recommend finding another pharmacy and not relying on these folks. It’s too bad, it used to be a pretty good service but they can no longer be trusted.

Just cancelled my auto ship RX for my cat with them due to raising the price of meds again WITH NO NOTICE. Whatever merger or switch they went through the last 1.5 years has ruined them. It used to be the only pharmacy with the compounded meds at the concentration I needed but I can get them for half the price elsewhere now. Now preparation time varies, shipping is slow and they increase prices without telling you. Customer service is terrible also. A new flavored med smelled very off like melted plastic and I was concerned for my cat who has to be administered twice a day. I had been ordering from them for over a year at this point, they basically didn’t care, refused to dispense a new bottle even if I returned the old one and offered 0 other solutions. They also don’t offer tasters of flavors. Avoid and look into other options!!! (Chewy, stokes, Mixlab etc)

If you like getting told it's your fault why your pet hasn't gotten meds you paid for or any other excuses they can make for why they're not accountable then by all means use them. The new management/CEO-VP doesn't care for the employees at all. Their HR guy Jose is a corporate clone he says he's there for the people but will tell higher ups if you say anything he feels isn't right about the workplace. They recently had a hiring event because they fired everyone they felt was overpaid because they blew their budget on dumb stuff like chairs nobody uses and TVs nobody needs. If you like dealing with a circus than work or do business with them otherwise I'd find a place that's actually trustworthy.

Bad experience today with wedgewood. My cats medicine ran out before they sent a refill. I'm on auto refill. When I called,the customer service gal was rude. I said if they couldn't refill on time I'd need to go somewhere else. Told me I could go wherever I wanted. Are you serous? Instead of trying to keep a customer, now they just lost one. Wow.
