The recall of their pet meds is very troubling. No one answers the phone although they alert you to the recall and have no alternatives.

GARBAGE pharmacy! Nothing but constant BS problems. Use Chewy for any compounded meds that they can fill! Even this on-line review process sucks as it will not allow me to reset the “date of experience”…aside from the fact that there are too many to list!

I was told I would have my cats prescription by Thursday, after already waiting a week from a previous prescription change, on Thursday got an email with tracking number that stated it would not arrive until the following Monday, that’s not the 2 day service I requested. So disappointed. My cat suffers the most out of all of this. 10 days to get a prescription that takes two days to make and paid for 2 day delivery.

I was given a prescription for my dog Bridget through Wedgewood. My complaint is how long it takes to fill and ship her order. It doesn't matter how early you try to refill, it is going to take forever to get it. I got an email on Sept. 11 that "your order has shipped" - only to learn one week later that the pills sat for 5 days in a warehouse in Arizona before going PAST Kansas (where I live) to arrive in St. Louis one week after I had been told they were shipped. Now they are stuck in sorting He** and who knows how many doses Bridget will miss before they arrive.

This is my first time using this pharmacy, my dog is in an urgent need of medication that only Wedgwood pharmacy has. I was anxious about how long it would take to receive it. Pharmacist who answered the phone was very apologetic about not being able to ship faster. Tho in just few hours I got a notification that my order was shipped! Thank you so much I can’t express enough how much relief that gave me!

I called just to get notifications sent to text or email about my cat's cardiac meds which were left for possibly 24 hours in a mailbox when it was. They were snotty. Condescending.

Not even worth one star. My vet recommended them because they carry my dogs medication. Only used them for about 5 months. They ran out of stock of the medication twice during that time the second time did not notify me. They also charged my card. They had no suggestions as to what I can do. Horrible service and pricing.
