Does not play nice with Lightburn....not fully compatible, at all. The design software supplied by WeCreat is amateurish at best, compared to lightburn. The idea of having to pay a subscription fee to access the WeCreat s/w (after the free demo period) is ridiculous and greedy on WeCreat's part. It really pisses me off that this S/W licensing monthly fee was not mentioned anywhere in their advertising! Several annoying design issues as well...like, not being able to lower the enclosure except by "tricking" the system, beginning the auto-focus process, and then shutting the machine off while the canopy is being lowered.

i got it on jan 24th used it for 2.5 weeks. was doing small stuff with wood and it wasnt working right. my sister said clean it i did and i seen that fans kept running no matter what i called them could not understand the lady at all. so i emailed them and he said was update it with the firmware did it 12 times didnt work...this lasted days then tells me.sending a ribbon cable which it didnt make it to me its a paper weigh the shipping is way to slow i noticed that but dismissed it wecreat needs to use ups or anyone other then usps which to me is to dam slow if i knew this before i would of passed on this someone told me the ribbon cable is to push it past the 30 days so they dont have to refund my money...which to me its a joke it died on feb 18th i havent even did a tumbler on it at all i asked about it thats all

Software is impossible to use. Zero instructions of operating only setup details. T

I wrote to this company about their new WeCreat Auto Pass Through Feeder (A unit that allows you to run longer pieces through a laser). I needed some details about the feeder and they have not returned my emails. I decided to purchase the unit ($425.00 with tax) and still never received a reply. I would seriously think twice about a company where you would spend over $400.00 dollars and not receive a reply.(Have sent 5 emails so far)
