Its been 8 days now since I made a withdrawal nothing is happening i can't see my statement and I didn't even get an email but the coins are deducted 😢😢😢

Suspended my account because I entered a different email I used to sign up for my PayPal payout. Then, they changed my account email to the email I used for my PayPal. How does that even make sense and why does it work that way. Not responding to any email.

Yesterday, I requested a $10 payout TWICE (2x $10). The automatic server detected this double withdrawal as unusual activity. But my account is 100% clean. I successfully withdrew $15 to PayPal on April 15, 2026 before. Please review manually and lift my suspension. Thank you.

Based on my experience, I manage to earn/accumulate tickets that amounting of $10 that will be sent to Paypal. However, there is some delay due to high volume of when it comes to withdrawal and the customer service is unresponsive as I try to inquire regarding the delay of payout. Overall, it's good
