To whoever Stephen is, I sincerely hope you have a bad day. I have been getting texts about your house on 46 walnut whatever the heck for years now. Everytime I text stop on one another phone number tells me about all the new listing. What sane person even spells stephen with a ph? I've seen the house on google maps it's not that great anyway

Beware! I got this message from a deceitful so called buyer, after I responder to her message, expressing her interest to buy my house: “ Hi, thanks for being so nice in emailing me and my sincere apologies for my delay getting back to you as I've been distracted by prevailing circumstances. I was wanting to let you know that I've started the buying process of a house we've previously made a bid and have given up hopes on but yesterday I got the great news that our offer was accepted so we'll be moving within the next four to five weeks. It is actually a great place and in case you want to try it here is where I found it in fact I suggest you list your property there because due to the current crisis they are not requiring anybody to physically show their properties and instead I think they will match you with quite a few cash buyers willing to purchase at any price, sometimes they even offer more than the asking price. In our case we couldn't offer more than the asking price and that is why we were getting outbid by others. Anyway I think you should give it a whirl, there's likely never been a better and easier time to be able to sell a property at asking price without having to physically show it. It would've been wonderful to purchase your place. Unfortunately the timing was a bit late. But I really appreciate your kindness and I wish you all the best. Again sorry for the slow response. Thanks and have a great day! Best, Leslie”

This company is not trust worthy. I receive spam emails "everyday" from these leeches. They will sell all information they collect from you. Today I received 5, yes 5 emails, Your going to trust a place place that uses parasitic, invasive form of advertising? Even their email ends with .ORG......? really an organization? The mob considers themselves as an organization too

I've been receiving spam from these scumbags daily for months. They forge the headers of the e-mail so it's practically impossible to trace them. I'm finding this forged header on many other spam e-mails I'm receiving. Not sure what they're attempting to do; steal identities, farm e-mail addresses, but I know I would NEVER buy anything or have anything to do with someone who uses spam. Somebody needs to remove these worthless scum from the internet.
